Madam, you were misinformed because drilling the lock and installing a new one isn't necessary. Who did you report this to? An employee of my housing association. The invoice/quote for Hoogvorst is a starting price of €95 + 21% VAT, with no additional costs. I was allowed to use this reference information and quote.
