On October 21st last, I presented a situation to him and asked for a price indication. The situation had accidentally locked me out, and the key was on the inside of the front door. "Madam, you have been misinformed, because drilling through the lock and installing a new lock in the door is not necessary." Who told you this? An employee of my housing association. The invoice/price indication applicable at Hoogvorst for that job is a starting point of €95 + 21% VAT, with no further extra costs. I was allowed to use this reference information and indication.
