On October 21, I presented a situation to him and asked for a price indication. Situation had accidentally locked me out and the key was inside the front door. Madam, you have been incorrectly informed because drilling the lock and a new lock in the door is not necessary. Who did you report this to? An employee of my housing association. The invoice/price indication that applies at Hoogvorst is €95,- + 21% VAT and no additional costs. I was allowed to use this reference for information and indication.
